
These avocados were given to me while sketching at the Belle Marie Winery in Escondido. They were a perfect subject for the Everyday Matters Challenge of a grouping. A grouping of the same object.
They were done in my Moleskine with watercolor pencils.

I like the group. Moleskines are a pain -- if you use them (and I am devoted to them), you're going to use the media that Moleskine picks, not maybe the ones you might want. But you're great with the water color pencils.
Very beautiful. I don't own a moleskine, but I have seen comments on the group about watercolors showing through. I did also see a comment from someone to use a tiny bit of liquid dish soap with the water in a water brush.
